To
introduce the unique concept of a branded common infrastructure
provider for stock broking community, DotEx Plaza is holding a
series of Business Interaction Sessions across the country. The
first Business Interaction Session was held with members of National
Stock Exchange (NSE) in Mumbai on September 28, 2000. The
session, held at The Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai, received good
interactive participation from NSE members |

This was followed by similar meetings
with NSE members at Chennai on October 13, 2000 at Taj
Coromandal, New Delhi on October 20, 2000 at The Taj
Mahal Hotel, New Delhi, Kolkata on December 14, 2000 at Taj
Bengal and Ahmedabad on January 19, 2001 at Inder Residency.

The
focus of the presentation was how Dotex Plaza can help brokers
jumpstart Internet based trading services, without having to go
through the painstaking process of setting up their own trading
site. The brokers also saved on the prohibitive capital investment
required for this. DotEx
Plaza is set up to enable brokers, depository participants and banks
to offer world class Internet stock trading facilities to their
customers in a cost-effective manner. DotEx, as a neutral
aggregator, will act as the common infrastructure provider and
help in maintaining existing relationships among the participants |

The
sessions also included individual demo to interested NSE members.
The business interaction sessions generated keen interest among the
participants and 23 NSE members deciding to sign up for the Early
Bird Offer. |
